I had the good fortune to work with Windmill Lane for this shot to fill in the background from Discovery of Witches season 3. I created both the matte painting and projection setup for this shot as a 2.5D layered matte painting projected in Nuke. You can see in this breakdown how many layers were created to add parallax and depth to the scene, especially on the foreground ground layers.
